Italian stuffing

1 1/2 bitty boule sour dough bread 2 tsp dried onion 1 can organic diced tomatoes 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp chicken soup base stock 1 cup water 1 cup marinated quartered artichoke hearts Everyone loves this stuffing.  Its super easy. Directions  Tear bread up into chunks and put to the side.  Place the remainder of ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Stir in bread.  remove from head and place in a greased baking dish.  Back in the oven for 20 minutes at 350.  make sure the top is browned and crunchy. Green Bean Casserole

This is not you regular green bean recipe. My mushroom soup I make from scratch.  Because we keep it preservative free so our holiday are sicky free. Mushroom soup 12 onces of sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp dried onion 2 cloves garlic 3 tbsp flour 1tsp chicken stock base 3 cups milk salt and pepper to taste 4 cups of frozen green beans thawed  fried onion topping. Directions On medium heat. place butter mushrooms and onions in sauce pan.  once butter is melted add garlic and flour. Stir until crumbly. Add chicken stock base. Add milk slowly while stirring so you don't get lumps. Add salt and pepper.  Remove from heat.  Place green beans in sauce pan and stir.  Place everything in a baking dish, I like a square dish.  bake in the oven uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes at 350.  Top with fried onions, place back in oven for a few minutes so that onions get brown.  Serve this is a huge hit and no left over will be in site. ...
