Guacamole

This is a super easy kid friendly Guacamole that my kids make themselves.

1 avocado
salt grinder
1 lime

Take one avocado cut in half and remove pit, then peal skin off.  Place avocado pieces in mortar give the kids the petal and let them pound a squish away.  Cut lime into wedges.  Ok now the fun part have the kids squeeze in some lime juice and add salt.  Have chips handy so the kids can taste their creation and keep adding salt and lime juice until they get it just the way they like.   Remember add in little amounts at a time.
