1 log of goat cheese
1 tbsp minced sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
salt grinder
pepper grinder
Directions:
Slice goat cheese into 4 slices. Roll two slices in sun dried tomatoes and arrange on plate. Roll two slices in dill and arrange on plate. Sprinkle with a small amount of salt and pepper. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
