This is my favorite breakfast.
1 organic egg with omega-3
2 pieces of whole grain toast
schemer of spinach and artichoke cream cheese
Directions:
Cook one egg over easy. Toast bread and place egg on piece of toast. Schemer other piece of toast with Cream cheese and place on top of egg. Cut sandwich Diagonal and enjoy. Great way to start the Day!!!!Br

- Yellow Nuts
- Blue Soy
- Orange Fish
