I love grilling during the summer and these are some great burgers for backyard fun.
1 lb hormone and antibiotic free lean ground beef or ground turkey
4 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons feta cheese
1 teaspoon ground sea salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
4 organic wheat hamburger buns
Take ground beef and mix sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt and white pepper. Form mixture into four hamburger patties. Grilled too desired preference (ie. medium to well done) Toast hamburger buns on grill and place cooked burgers on buns, top burgers with feta and place top bun. These are great drizzled with some white balsamic vinaigrette and are wonderful alone.Image: winnond / FreeDigitalPhotos.net
