Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms


1 Tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes chopped 
salt grinder
pepper grinder
1 Tsp olive oil
6 mushroom caps 
1 pkg. fresh mozzarella

Directions; mix tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.  Put part of mix in each mushroom cap.  Top each mushroom with a piece of fresh mozzarella.  Broil in oven on lower setting until cheese just starts to brown.  Serve warm.

  • Yellow Nuts
  • Blue  Soy
  • Red Eggs
  • Orange Fish
