3 boneless skinless chicken breast
4 ounce prosciutto
salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup of wine
1/4 of a medium yellow onion
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of flour
one box of penne pasta
Directions: cook this in a crock pot.
Put the chicken in the crock pot, cut up the prosciutto and add. Puree the onion and use some of the wine to get it smooth (so the kids don’t see the onion) add rest of wine, puree, salt and white pepper to chicken and cook 6 hours on low. Remove and shred chicken. Boil penne to al dente. Add milk and flour to sauce left in crock pot. Mix with a whisk. Return chicken and put over pasta.
