This is the first batch.
pumpkin seeds from a medium carving pumpkin
2 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Rinse pumpkin seeds of all pieces of pumpkin and place on paper towel to get some of the water off. Once rinsed place in a bowl. In a separate bowl place mix the remainder of ingredients with a whisk. Toss your sauce with pumpkin seeds and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Spread out seeds as evenly as possible. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 300 degrees for 45 mins or until crispy.
Let cool and enjoy.
