15 oz of organic spinach
3 tbsp blue Cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup of dried cherries

Dressing;
1 clove garlic
2 tsp honey
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Slowly stir in milk and half and half.  Add cheese.  continue to stir while cooking over medium heat until thickened.  Add artichokes, crab, white wine and white pepper.  Simmer a couple of minutes and serve hot.   Enjoy this wonderful soup.
