I have an Instagram friend that is completely obsessed with low carb nut butter. She has so many flavors she posts about. She will find one she likes and order all the flavors. I watch her show all these different kinds of nut butters and I was thinking I could make some flavors. I make regular almond butter that is in the cookbook Food For The Family Soul. I have made a Coconut Almond that I love. Now it's time to try some with chocolate.
Makes 48 Servings (1 tbsp)
Carbs 2g Protein 1.9g
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 cups roasted almonds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp stevia
Directions
Place ingredients into a highspeed blender or food processor and blend until you get the desired consistency. Keep in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
